Right of Withdrawal & Dispute Resolution
Last updated: September 2026
1. B2B Transaction – No Statutory Right of Withdrawal
All transactions on penta4plc.com are strictly Business-to-Business (B2B). Both buyers and sellers are commercial entities acting in their professional capacity. As such, the statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (FAGG / Consumer Rights Directive) does not apply to any transactions facilitated through this platform.
Any cancellation, return, or refund terms are agreed upon directly between the buyer and the seller as part of their individual transaction.
2. Our Role as a Marketplace Platform
penta4plc.com is a neutral marketplace that connects buyers with independent sellers. We are not a party to the sales contract between buyer and seller, and we do not assume any liability for the products, pricing, or fulfillment of orders.
However, we are committed to ensuring a fair and trustworthy marketplace for all parties. While we cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes, we will do our best to:
- Mediate in good faith if a dispute arises between buyer and seller
- Facilitate communication between parties
- Review reported issues and take appropriate action within our platform (e.g., delist sellers who repeatedly violate policies)
3. Dispute Resolution Process
If a transaction does not go as expected, we encourage the following steps:
- Contact the seller directly – Most issues can be resolved between the parties.
- Contact us at info@penta4plc.com if direct resolution fails. We will review the situation and offer mediation.
- Legal recourse – As a last resort, both parties retain their full legal rights under applicable law.
Our mediation is informal, non-binding, and free of charge. It does not affect your legal rights.
4. Alternative Dispute Resolution (EU)
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):
https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
Please note that this platform is intended for consumer disputes.
As a B2B marketplace, this mechanism typically does not apply to transactions on penta4plc.com.
