Shipping Regions
We ship to the United States and internationally. Domestic orders within the US ship from our US warehouse. International orders may require additional lead time and customs documentation.
Delivery Times
US Domestic: 2–5 business days
International: 5–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance
Lead times for bulk or special orders may vary. We will communicate an estimated ship date at time of order confirmation.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination and will be quoted at the time of your inquiry. We work with UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers for larger orders.
Returns & Cancellations
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@penta4plc.com with your order details.
Custom orders and special-order items may not be eligible for return. We will confirm eligibility before processing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
